No, at the time of submission, the entity can apply with the provisional PIC.

No, the proposals will only be evaluated after the submission deadline. Until then, even if you have already submitted your proposal, you will be able to resubmit it.

The single pdf document includes only the proposal template. The declaration of honor will be required from the selected applicants during the contracting.

The ‘Guide for Applicants’ is the main reference document for the BD4NRG Open Call. It provides detailed information about the application process, the requirements of the evaluation and the selection process. All necessary materials that accompany the Guide for Applicants document are uploaded on the BD4NRG Open Call portal.

Additionally, an Open Call Helpdesk service is available for any queries you may have related to the application process (eligibility rules, application form information requests, etc). You can access the Open Call Helpdesk here
